Primary Qualifications:

-3+ years of prior relevant experience

-Strong working knowledge of PHP and MySQL

- Good working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

- Familiarity with UNIX command line

- Understanding of web usability best practices and standards compliant
markup

- Must be able to accurately execute complex technical specifications

- Ability to understand and interpret user needs a strong plus

- Ability to take direction and work independently on mission-critical
systems

- Good communications skills, ability to work with others in a team
environment
