NYCPHP Meetup

Yeah i gotta take my word back too if "hyperboles" are the issue. I'm
tired too, people looking to hire innovative guys should come up with
innovative job descriptions aswell.

I guess most recruiters simply send the job descriptions given to them
by founders/hiring managers of the companies, who inturn get it from
some blog post of some other startups that starts every job opening
with "are you a rockstar developer" or "ready to change the world"

Change the world, yeah right why not, on every <?php tag i open..;-)
