In this case, since the webcam is behind the firewall, but you are 
allowed http requests, you can simple access the image directly with
<img scr="http://[ip of cam server]/image.jpg]" etc etc etc..>

I have a  small java applet that refreshes periodically so if you are 
overwriting the image, the image on your webpage will refresh.  If 
that is what you need, I can send it to you offlist.
