NYCPHP Meetup

This is way OT, but can anyone point me to a good place to find a solid yet
affordable .asp/vbscript programmer? Our company has done all of our
development in AMP, but we're now looking to take over a project that was
written in asp/vbscript, and need somebody to help out.

Any ideas or recommendations would be much appreciated.
